Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) is a water soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and for the metabolic utilization of fats and proteins. Vitamin B-12 is also essential for the synthesis of DNA during cell division and therefore is especially important for rapidly multiplying cells, such as blood cells. In addition, adequate intake of Vitamin B-12, along with Folic Acid and Vitamin B-6, supports healthy serum homocysteine levels already within the normal range, thereby supporting cardiovascular health. This supplement is the one to buy if want B-12. It is easy to take and is very small. I am glad I purchased it and suggest you buy this instead of the larger pills out there.

i think that NOW is one of the best vitamin company's in the US today. so i'm always happy to try out one of their products. this one is most definitely a 'keeper' and i know that i will be ordering it again.
