Disappointed by late delivery. Nov 16, 2008

This item arrived extremely late which was most unfortunate in the circumstances. My complaint was answered reasonably. I do not know whether this was late posting or what the problem was but items from the US via UPS usually arrive very quickly. I was quite disappointed.
