 Worked for me Aug 23, 2010
I never write reviews, but had such success with this product I had to let other bf mothers know. I started using blessed thistle (2 caps 3 x per day) along with fenugreek (3 caps 3 x per day) and 3 cups of mothers milk tea per day. It definitely increased my milk supply. I went from using around 8 oz of formula a day to exclusive breastfeeding in a couple of days. It took a day or two for me to really notice the increase (and I did have some leaking for a day). I feel very full in the mornings and can pump much more than I could with my other child. And I am now able to freeze an extra 4 oz. per day to freeze. I used fenugreek on it's own with my first child and noticed no difference whatsoever. This seems to be the right combo. Since the formula was giving my baby lots of tummy troubles and for other reasons too we were really glad this worked!
Needed to up my milk supply Jun 05, 2010
I will be returning to work in a month and needed to up my milk supply so that i could pump and feed. This product combined with Fenugreek Seed has helped me to be able to feed my daughter and pump 4 - 12oz a day.

My wife tired the Blessed Thistle. Not sure if it really worked. She went back to Mother's Milk.
Incresed Milk Supply Dec 22, 2009
I combined this with Fenugreek and Mother's Milk tea and two weeks later my milk supply is more than adequate. No side effects experienced by myself or my baby when I take this product.

I cannot say there was a noticeable increase in milk by using this product. I have used it in conjunction with the Fenugreek for 2 weeks and have had little improvement in my supply. Wonderful that it works for others, and it may work for you, but unfortunately it is not working for me.
Just to note, I am taking 2 tablets with food three times per day and I am taking 3 Fenugreek capsules three times per day.
