This product works wonders!!!! I noticed a difference in my skin after just three days. The only way I can describe it, is my skin feels dewey. My hands were chapped and dry and after just one week the skin was soft. If it does this good on the exterior, I can only imagine what it is doing for my joints. I have a knee full of crepedis and it's much better now. Still makes a little noise, but a lot less than prior to taking this product. If you want softer skin and lubricated joints, I highly reccommend this product!!!!

I like to run for exercise but sore knees have always slowed me down. I always had to wait a couple days between each run for my knees to recover. I went to my local health store to see what supplements I could take to strengthen my knee joints and they recommended this product to me. I've been taking it for only 1 week and I already notice a big difference. Seriously, I noticed less knee pain the very first day I started taking this (I'm taking 4 capsules/day). My knees hardly hurt the day I run (before it ached so bad to even walk after a run) and for the first time I ran 2 days in a row with no problem!!! I am sooo happy with this product and highly recommend it to those with joint problems due to exercise. To be honest, I don't notice a difference in skin like other do. SO HAPPY!!

I bought these capsules for my mother and myself for the benefits to skin and joints. My mother has osteoarthritis and I myself have been starting to have knee pain from abuse at the gym. I have to start by mentioning that I had microdermabrasion done about a month ago and have really been taking care of my skin since (regular masks and scrubs, never sleeping without thoroughly cleansing and moisturizing). So my skin texture was looking better than it has in years when I started taking these capsules 6 days ago. Therefore, although I believe that hyaluronic acid probably works wonders for the skin, I cannot say whether or not it is the reason why my own skin looks good right now. I still have knee pain, but it has only been 6 days. What I can see is that in 6 days, I have gained 4 and a half pounds. I exercise regularly and keep track of everything I eat - my habits have not changed. But I feel like I am bloated as if it is my time of the month (I'm not because I started the pills right after). I am clearly retaining water. I'm not sure if this feeling would go away once my body adjusts. I am considering continuing with the pills. However, my mother has high blood pressure. Many people with high blood pressure are on diuretics, intended to keep them from retaining fluids, which causes an increase in blood pressure. I have asked my mom to stop taking the capsules immediately. I will check my own blood pressure - which normally runs on the low side -tomorrow. Maybe my body will adjust in a few more weeks and I will be thrilled with the results. As I continued to research the side effects of hyaluronic acid online, however, I found this: [...]
I do not endorse the above site and do not know if what is written is accurate or not, but I do want to learn more about the pills. It seems to have many benefits and maybe some serious side effects as well. I don't know if I would want to risk cancer to have beautiful skin.
All I can say definitely is that after 6 days, I am definitely heavier.

After reading about the possible link between hyaluronic acid and tumor progression (if you do a search for hyaluronic acid and cancer, you can find plenty of arguments either way), I stopped taking these pills. That was at the end of day 6. Since then, I have lost 4 pounds (in 36 hours) and I feel less puffy. I must say though, my skin looks amazing. I just turned 33 and I have been noticing a loss of volume in the nasolabial folds. Yesterday and today(I imagine the hyaluronic acid supplement is still in my system),I have volume there again. I can hardly believe it. I think the plumping of my skin in the nasolabial fold area is the result of these pills and not just a good skin care regimen. My skin is glowy and looks so refined. My mother even noticed a difference. I love the skin improvement so much that I might be willing to take the water weight gain. The uncertainty of whether or not there is a correlation between ingesting hyaluronic acid and tumor progression is making me hesitate. I would love some professional medical insight if someone has any because I do want to take it. If there isn't a correlation, this stuff is like a miracle for the face. I didn't notice a change in knee pain in the mere 6 days that I took it.

I give my dogs hyaluronic acid to support their joints so when my joints started sounding like a bowl of Rice Krispy cereal I decided to give it a try. Within a week of starting the supplements I noticed that my skin was much more supple and younger looking. If there is such a significant impact in my skin, I'm hoping that it has the same results with my joints. BTW, I don't have any pain in my joints so I pretty much have to take the joint results for granted but I'm hoping that they get a lot "quieter".

Wonderful product - very effective. Works where glucosamine combination products don't. The hyaluronic acid combined with collagen is great. Product is also cost effective.
