My fiancée uses these. He used to have joint pain and very clicky joints all over. Without this (hydraplenish w/MSM), he is constantly clicking and often his larger joints would make a loud scary pop or thud-like sound. He is very lean and active and he eats a very healthy, mostly-vegan diet of fresh, organic homemade foods. Our home is generally toxin-free.
When we first began dating, I noticed this joint problem (it was very obvious as the noises were really loud and constant). I soon introduced him to something my dad had found, that helped me with a knee issue I had previously (had pain, was told I needed knee surgery, began taking the pills, knee pain disappeared in a week, never had the surgery, stopped taking the pills, knee's been fine since, that was over 5 years ago. My dad had the same experience, except he actually scheduled and then cancelled the surgery. I didn't schedule it b/c my dad told me about the pills first.) We told a lot of other people about them and have heard many success stories like ours. Well, for some reason we could no longer get these "Jesus Pills" (that's what we called them). My parents then found a similar-enough Glucosamine Chondroiten w/HA (I was informed that Hyalauronic Acid was the Jesus part) from the vitamin shoppe that worked as well. So, we bought those for a year or so (taking them daily). They worked but were very expensive (in addition to all our other supplements). I was trying to save $ (& test a theory), so i bought cheaper pills without the HA. The clicking and popping returned almost immediately. Hmm...so, I did some amateur research and found that Glucosamine and Chondroiten (which comes from animal or shellfish sources) have some conflicting research as to their effectiveness (for our needs). The HA, however, was highly regarded. I found this brand of HA (sans MSM) and there were tons of great reviews lauding their effectiveness. I read up on the benefits of MSM and decided to give this product a try (despite it's small number of reviews). I like that the caps are Vcaps, too.
The first order came and WOW! We noticed a difference within a few days. After two weeks, taking 3 caps a day, the pain was mostly gone and the joint noises were greatly decreased! He kept up with taking them and the results remained positive and very apparent. Although it wasn't an intended benefit, I think his skin looks healthier, too. I told my parents about it and now they're on the subscribe & save plan, too!
It's interesting, in the early months of our subscription, he would run out once in a while because he would take more than I had calculated for (taking 4 a day when he is really exerting himself, is more active at his already-active job, helps a friend move, etc). I could hear the popping & clicking return and I'd ask him about it. Every time, he reported that he ran out of the hydraplenish & he hadn't told me about it. I'd quickly order more and soon, his joints were quiet again. My mom reports positive results, as well. Reduced pain in her back & knees when taking the hydraplenish. When she has run out, she borrows some from us, because it also works so well for her.
I don't know if this is 'curing' anything or if it's just 'fixing it for now', but I do know that it helps my fiancée's joints to be quieter and more comfortable for him. I am thinking it is also helping to lessen damage and wear and tear that may have been caused by whatever was causing the pain and the noisy joints. He's only in his mid-30s and his joints need to last him a very long time. I'm glad this product exists and that amazon has it on their subscribe & save program so that I can help keep him happy & healthy!

I use this product to keep my joints hydrated since my body does not make its own joint fluid any more. I noticed a difference within a month of starting, and I have continued to maintain the effects. Make sure to get the MSM. I got the one without MSM by mistake once and noticed a difference almost immediately.

This supplement helps my arthritic, creaky knees like no other. I am finally able to go up my stairs normally instead of like a 2 year old, (I couldnt put weight on my left knee). I have been taking this supplement for about 2 months and am so pleased with the results. This review is specifically for the Hydraplenish with MSM. I have not tried the Hydraplenish without MSM but I think the MSM and the hyaluronic acid together works wonders!!

Product worked for me. A suggestion you may need to try three or four daily until pills are in your system. Then downgrade to two pills daily.

Best knee supplement on the market! May 11, 2011

Tried many supplements from many sources but this one finally actually started lubricating my knee. Takes three to five days of consistently using but works. No more pain and no more extreme clicking. Can't fix it but I now can live with knee. I use the added MSM version because MSM helps to. This has the best MSM version in it.
