I have tried different probiotics over the years and recently was referred to this product. I have found it to be really beneficial. I even dined at a buffet the other night, which usually stresses my digestive system - but I felt fine after eating having taken the GNN probiotic with the meal. I take the product two to three times a day and am very pleased with the results.
