Super Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of Fish, Borage and Organic Flax Seed Oils. This combination of well-known nutritional oils provides a unique balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids plus Omega-9, a non-essential, but beneficial fatty acid. The Omega-3's, Alpha Linolenic Acid, EPA and DHA, and the Omega-6, GLA, are necessary for the maintenance of cardiovascular, nervous system and skin health. Oleic Acid, an Omega-9, has also been shown to promote a healthy vascular system.* Consumption of omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. FDA evaluated the data and determined that, although there is scientific evidence supporting the claim, the evidence is not conclusive (see nutrition information for fat content).

I've used Omega 3 formulas before and didn't like the "burp back" factor. This supplement goes beyond just Omega 3 and so far, no digestive after effects. I'm glad Allstar Health has joined with Amazon.com and made this quality brand available at a much discounted price compared to my local store that carries this excellent brand. I'm looking forward to a long partnership with Allstar to help with my Fibromyalgia and add quality to my life through natural supplements. I just got these in the mail, and I have no complaint but a warning. THESE PILLS ARE HUGE. They are slightly over an inch long. I wish I had known that before buying, so I am letting shoppers know. They are softgels, so are therefore easier to swallow. The dosage says take two, so far I can only face one.

I'm always looking for the best for my buck & NOW brands is almost always in the top 3, especially on Amazon. I've had problems in the past with fish oil & the gross fish tasting burps but I have very few problems with this gel capsule. I also like the amount of each Omega 3,6,9 in this product.

Article after article, study after study raves about the benefits of Omega oils.

Well, I took the bait and bought this one, because it contains all 3 oils.

I simply expected better health like getting good blood work...but the results were far greater.

My skin and hair look fabulous i mean really fabulous. My hair grew about 2 1/2 inches (trust me, it was the supplements). I felt better. I even grew beautiful nails (as a former nail biter this is not an easy task for me).

I even lost weight (read Jorge Cruise's 8 Minutes in the Morning to learn why a certain Omega oil does that)!

I have recommended this brand to my entire family, friends, and just about everyone with whom supplementation comes up.

As per usual, Amazon gets you a great deal for these for the price. They have several sizes.

If you have children, I recommend getting this brand (NOW) but the actual oil rather than the pills.

Watch them have beautiful hair, skin, nails, and teeth because of it.

Ladies, if you take this with prenatal vitamins people won't recognize you after a few months.

Take two before bed and benefit from reduced anxiety and overall better outlook on life. Have tried many other similar products but the Now Super-Omega 3-6-9 is the best in class IMHO. You can pay more for another brand but doubt you will find anything that works as well.
