I only take 1 pill a day because I forget about the other one, but suddenly I have lots of energy and it really boosted my mood! I come to work energized and ready to tackle projects and my moods seem somewhat stable. My complexion has been better, but I think if I took two I'd get better results.

This supplement definitely works! I especially like how it doesn't just include zinc, which can be hard on the digestive system. My face cleared up as much as it did when I was on oral antibiotics, without the side effects. The only concern I have is that there haven't been any studies on the long-term use of this supplement, so I don't know if it would be healthy to take this for the rest of my life. So far, I've just been watching out for potential zinc overdose symptoms just in case, while striving to get more nutrients from my diet.

I am taking this product to help my skin and combat possible copper toxicity. Because I am using other medication for my skin, I'm not sure exactly how much I can attribute to this product, but since I began taking 2 pills/day I have noticed improvement in the softness, clearness, and radiance of my mild-moderate acne prone skin. It's much cheaper than anything I have found in stores.
